Finance Global Process Owner

**About the Role**: We are looking for a Finance Global Process Owner (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will get to help shape and drive the Finance Transformation strategy. You will help with Process Standardization and Optimization, Strategy and Vision Setting, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, Performance Monitoring, Continuous Improvement and Digital Enablement.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at one of our various European facilities, hybrid or fully remote work allowed from your home office in most locations within various European countries, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set clear functional goals and objectives for global processes, aligning them with the enterprise's overall strategy
- Create short, medium and long-term process improvement roadmaps that outline the steps to achieve strategic objectives
- Continuously scan the business landscape to identify process improvement opportunities and innovations
- Ensure change management provides the foundation for project activity
- Lead process improvement initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Ensure that the processes can meet all needs and adapt to changes in the enterprise
- In alignment with the Finance Leadership Team establish and enforce policies and standards for global processes to ensure compliance and consistency
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Science, Engineering or other related field and minimum 10 years of experience in global organizations, with minimum 5 years demonstrated experience leading Finance process transformations
- Demonstrated track-record of success leading complex cross-functional Finance business transformation programs on a global scale
- Proven record of accomplishment creating change management strategies for business transformation
- Excellent communication skills; a relationship builder with the ability to align stakeholders across the organization
- Operates with integrity, transparency, and humility
- Demonstrates accountability and balances clear strategic thinking and accountability in execution to deliver results
- Proven record of accomplishment of leveraging Lean methodologies in Finance
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
