Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreicher Partner von Softwareherstellern, die digitale Produkte verkaufen. Mehrere hundert Mitarbeitende weltweit kümmern sich um die Bereitstellung von erfolgreichen End-to-End-Lösungen und begleiten die Kundenunternehmen auf ihrer digitalen Customer Journey. Für den Hauptstandort des Unternehmens im Großraum Köln (mit attraktivem Home-Office-Anteil) sucht unser Mandant im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Organisation einen Vice President Finance (m/w/d) mit direktem Berichtsweg an den Group Chief Financial Officer.

Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung über die Bereiche Controlling, Accounting, Treasury und Tax mit insgesamt ca. 15 Mitarbeitenden
- Weiterentwicklung eines monatlichen Management-Reportings
- Planung & Durchführung von gruppenweiten Budget
- und Forecast-Prozessen
- Analyse und Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals-, Halbjahres und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Liquiditäts-Managements
- Weiterentwicklung des KPI-Dashboards (PowerBI)
- Durchführung von Adhoc-Analysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling & Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Langjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe
- Breite Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen Controlling, Accounting, Treasury und Tax
- Idealerweise Prozesskenntnisse in Beratungs-, IT- oder Softwareunternehmen
- Kommunikative und kooperative Führungspersönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum analytischen und konzeptionellen Denken
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
