You will be meticulously selected to serve as a vital talent partner, tailored to meet the intricate needs of our client. Embedded within the client's organisation, you will develop deep, effective relationships essential for identifying and addressing recruitment challenges with precision.
**Who you are**
Passionately immersed in the tech industry with a varied experience recruiting across engineering.
Possess a strategic mindset, with extensive experience in recruiting for highly technical and specialised roles in a fast paced environment
Bring at least 5+ years of experience in dynamic tech environments, with a proven track record of hiring for complex, high-level tech positions.
Have a deep understanding of Frontend and Backend technologies and industry trends.
Exhibit a strong technical acumen, capable of engaging and assessing top-tier tech talent, with a keen ability to discern genuine expertise in a sea of buzzwords.
Demonstrated experience in advising and partnering with tech leaders to forecast recruitment needs and build robust talent pipelines.
A detail-oriented, data-driven individual who leads by example, proficient in crafting and presenting detailed, metrics-based reports to stakeholders.
