We are a supportive, collaborative team that values doing, not just talking. As a Junior Talent Partner at Satellite, you’ll be at the start of your journey in embedded recruitment. You’ll be working closely with an experienced recruitment team and clients, learning the foundations of full-cycle recruitment while making direct contributions to our projects. You’ll support searches across a variety of roles in fast-growing startups and scale-ups, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, while always putting candidate and client experience at the heart of what you do. This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to grow into a trusted Talent Partner. Tasks Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and creative approaches. Partner with your squad and Manager to support client hiring needs across different industries and roles. Conduct initial candidate screenings, ensuring a great experience at every touchpoint. Manage interview scheduling and communication between candidates and client teams. Contribute to building recruitment processes and tools as we grow. Share progress and insights openly with your squad and clients. Requirements Collaboration: you are excited to closely with your team and clients, actively contributing ideas and feedback. Proactiveness: you take initiative, ask questions, and suggest improvements to processes. Communication: you share updates transparently, communicate with clarity, and listen with care. Learning: you embrace feedback and actively develop your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management. Fluent English language skills. German fluency would also be a great advantage. A hunger to develop a career in talent acquisition.
