We are looking for a **committed and highly motivated student (M/F/d) **for a mandatory internship or working student position to support our Innovation team for a period of 3-6 months, starting immediately. **The Role & Your Tasks**: As part of the New Product Development Team in the Innovation department, you will work on evaluating the sensory and physico-chemical properties of our products. Your tasks will include: - Conducting physico-chemical analyses - Conducting microbiology analyses (plate preparation, cell plating, count, etc.) - Conducting sensory evaluations, including taste, texture and smell - Performing rheology evaluations using a rheometer - Regular reporting of data, conclusions, and recommendations through meetings, presentations, and written reports **Your Profile**: - You are currently enrolled in a Master’s or Bachelor’s program in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields - Experience working in a laboratory setting - Basic knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques preferred - Good experimental and analytical skills - Good communication and reporting skills - Team player, able to work independently - Good command of English, both spoken and written **What we offer**: - Central location (in the middle of Hamburg Wandsbek) incl. parking facilities - Attractive remuneration - Many opportunities for active participation - Free water and hot drinks and fruit basket - Employee events (company parties, sports activities in your free time, various networking opportunities) - Employee offers in cooperation with "Corporate Benefits" - Charging station for e-cars and e-bikes Ohly operates based on our values of doing the right thing for our people, customers, and planet.
