**Job Description**:
Our Business Unit **Solar & Batteries** is dedicated to developing profitable solar and battery assets to enable fossil-free living within one generation. We are looking for a committed **working student or intern** to join our **Business Excellence Team with the focus on Strategy & Communication / Data & Digitalization.**

In **Hamburg **or **Berlin**.

In your new role you will:
General:

- Contribute to the standardization & optimization of project management working methods
- Support the management of a large portfolio of international projects
- Provide guidance to business users in the use of newly introduced digital tools or products using fit-for-purpose channels and methods

Data & Digitalisation:

- Generate business insights from various data sources in PowerBI & Excel (Macro/VBA)
- Consolidate and refine insights into easily understandable summaries and actionable recommendations
- Support the Product Owners of digital tools to develop new features
- Support in managing the Digitalisation portfolio of the Business Unit

**Qualifications**:
You will be successful if you:

- Are enthusiastic about renewable energies
- Are available to work at your preferred location for 2-3 days a week
- Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Dutch or German skills are a plus
- Thrive in an international hybrid work environment, working independently & collaboratively
- Have entrepreneurial drive with a systematic and detail oriented working style
- Bring initial experience in data & information management and Sharepoint

Data & Digitalization:

- Have proven previous experience and working knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA, Macro, Pivot) or comparable tools
- Combine strong technical affinity and understanding of data flows & data analysis with the ability to structure information, derive insights and communicate results verbally and visually

Additional Information
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Working hours for Working students: Variable 2-4 days/week, maximum 20 hours/week (40 hours/week during semester breaks)
- Duration Working student: At least 12 months
- Working hours mandatory internship: 40 hours/week
- Duration mandatory internship: 6 months
