The unit bundles marine operation competencies and best practices providing the highest safety, health, environmental and compliance standards for cruising. Our focus is on enhancing and facilitating effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore. With the aspiration of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence with a specific mandate to support the company by defining and executing the decarbonization strategy and its associated multidimensional technological challenges.
With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of the two Costa Group brands, Costa Crociere and AIDA Cruises, to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.
**Internship or Working Student for Communication and Employer Branding (M/F/d)**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Maintain our Communication Content Calendar through Asana, proposing topic of Interest to roll out each month for the different channels
- Create interactive Corporate Communication material for all Carnival Maritime Employees
- Enhance and maintain our Carnival Maritime Community Channels to promote our Employer Brand topics and projects
- Support in Visual and Written content production for all communication purposes
- Support in different projects for internal Communication, HR Marketing and Employer Branding
**Your Profile**:
- Student currently enrolled in a Communication, Marketing or Business program with a strong emphasis on Internal Communication
- Interest in design and visual communication, Knowledge in visual component designs and video editing tools is a plus
- Creative and full of ideas to innovate - Thinking outside the box is encouraged
- Team player, interested in working in collaboration with our brands and participating in Corporate wide projects.
- Very good command of the English language is required and proficient computer skills including MS Office
- Data Analysis for HR Marketing purposes is a plus
