**Vacancy**:Associate Project Finance (f/m/x)**:
- We are looking for a Associate Project Finance (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in the Düsseldorf area.
For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Your Responsibilities as **Associate Project Finance (f/m/x)**
- Support the German team in the financial feasibility of commercial offerings and financial products. Review and update financial models for relevant projects based on market developments
- Support the client teams with modeling business cases, updating the financial models based on new insights, changes to the market, and new products
- Support the Senior Associate Project Finance Germany during the structuring of new credit facilities, increases of credit facility limits, waiver requests, or modifications
- Support the German client team with bankability reviews and monitoring on the relevant project agreements together with the legal counsel and external advisors. This includes soundings with the relevant banks to obtain signoffs on new project agreements
- Monitor the financial closing agenda during the development phase of projects, prepare the dataroom, coordinate the Q&A's with the banks, prepare repayment schedules and coordinate the releases of funds with the central Finance & Control team located in Amsterdam
**Your Qualification and Skills**
- You have a degree in Economics, Finance & Investments or Business administration, or have a degree in a technical field coupled with a strong interest in Structured Finance
- You have several years of relevant work experience (including internships) at a bank (structured finance), developer, or investor active in the energy or infrastructure industry
- You are passionate about renewable energies and eager to grow into a Structured Finance specialist in this area
- Your friends would describe you as assertive, analytical, and someone that takes charge of their own work
- You feel comfortable working with financial models and/or are eager to improve yourself in this area
- You can summarize your key findings and report this to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
- Fluent in German, as well as good English skills desirable
