**As our Associate Project Finance you**:

- Support our German team in the financial feasibility of new commercial offerings to new clients - like reviewing and updating financial models for the relevant projects based on new facts during the development phase and monitor the bankability.
- Work on updates and improvements of our template financial models based on new insights, market developments, new products, and structures.
- Help the Senior Associate Project Finance Germany during the structuring of new credit facilities, increases of credit facility limits, waiver requests or modifications.
- Coordinate bankability reviews and monitoring on relevant project agreements together with our legal counsel and external advisors. This includes soundings with the relevant banks to obtain sign offs on new project agreements.
- Prepare and monitor the financial closing agenda during the development phase of projects, prepare the data room, coordinate the Q&A’s with the banks, prepare repayment schedules and coordinate the releases of funds with our central Finance & Control team located in Amsterdam.

**If you are a finance professional with**:

- A Master in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of working experience at a bank (structured finance), developer or investor active in the energy or infrastructure industry.
- Hands-on experience in building financial models from scratch, and producing sensitivity scenarios based on your findings.
- Skills to summarise key findings and report this to your internal stakeholders in the form of risk vs reward assessments.
