Für unsere Niederlassung in
**Frankfurt-Höchst** suchen wir ab sofort einen
**Technology Leader(m/w/d). **Im Industriepark Höchst betreiben wir unseren weltweit größten Produktions
- und Forschungsstandort. Rund 1.000 neue Kollegen freuen sich auf Sie

**Responsibilities**:

- Führen und Weiterentwickeln eines Expertenteams mit ca. 5 Mitarbeitern
- Zusammenführen vom Business Technology Plan, den vier Kernprinzipien (safety, quality, reliability, engagement) und den Standort-Anforderungen mit dem Unit Technology Plan
- Entwickeln eines 5-Jahres Projektplans für die Unit, Budgetplanung für Investitionsprojekte
- Identifizieren von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Produktivität
- Entwickeln einer Digitalisierungsstrategie
- Sicherstellen, dass Technologie-Standards und Best Practices angewendet werden und die am Standort eingesetzte Technologie kontinuierlich verbessert wird
- Bindeglied zwischen externen Ressourcen und dem Unit Team

Qualifications:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, bevorzugt Verfahrenstechnik oder chemische Technik
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau/Produktions
- und/oder Forschungsumfeld
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Prozessdesign und Anlagenbetrieb, einschließlich spezifischer Kenntnisse zu Prozessen wie Destillation und Reaktionstechnik.
- Gute Fehlerdiagnosefähigkeiten insbesondere im Anlagenbetrieb
- Gute interdisziplinäre Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
- Führungsverantwortung wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
