**The Team**- your impact

As Team Lead BPM & Intelligent Automation Development (f/m/d) you are responsible for the development of strategies, the acquisition and delivery of Business Process automation and intelligent automation solutions by leading and growing a team of BPM and Intelligent Automation Developers.

- Lead a team of BPM and intelligent automation developers with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the energy industry
- Coach and develop a team capable of responding to changing business needs and priorities, drive continuous improvement in performance and quality according to individual’s level of competence
- Deliver key performance objectives and ensure high-performance
- Contribute in engagements with your technical expertise
- Stay close to the latest trends in AI, BPM, Software Development and automation technologies in general
- Take ownership of the P&L and ensure utilization of your team.

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- Experience in a leading role preferable within a software development department
- Extensive knowledge in process automation (preferred Axon Ivy or Camunda), software development and AI
- Gratuated in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
- Excellent leadership, consulting, and presentation skills paired with a passion for automation and AI
- Strong solution-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate
- Ability to lead through influence
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability for travelling
