Your mission
- Commercial processing of shipping orders to customers and service locations worldwide including organization and commissioning of the required freight space (truck, sea-and air transport)
- Preparation of transport and customs documents in compliance with legal regulations and shipping specifications
- Creation and execution of electronic export and import declarations via ATLAS
- Classification of goods in the customs tariff
- Communication with freight forwarders, authorities and internal company interfaces
- Establishment and development of an efficient import & export process for a fast-growing start-up
- Handling of orders with logistics and data maintenance Ensuring compliance with country and export regulations Notification of readiness for dispatch to customers and commissioning of forwarding agents
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer service through cooperation with our international customers, partners and internal specialist departments

**Profile**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Process management and improvement skills Attention to detail
- Innovative mindset
- Presentation skills
- Administrative writing and editing skills Fluent in English, German is a plus
