Your tasks:
- Own your product: You will be responsible for a product in the Self-Service and Health area of our dynamic e-commerce platform. Together with your cross-functional team you develop and maintain all aspects of your product and strive for improvement of the customer experience and ROI.- Lead your product: Define ambitious goals for your product and create strategies to achieve them. Your role is all about close collaboration and proactive engagement with your team and stakeholders.- Be entrepreneurial: Create a vision, be passionate about it and motivate your colleagues to work towards it. Transparent communication, convincing presentations, and data-backed business cases are your forte.- Focus on your customer: Make your customers the heart of your product journey. Seek to delivering measurable customer value by following a hypothesis driven development approach. Partner up closely with your UX design expert to define valuable use cases and involve our UX research and A/B testing experts to validate your hypothesis.- Complex environment: You will work in an international environment ensuring development of your product in all countries and brands of RedCare-Pharmacy. As part of our e-commerce development department you contribute to our comprehensive portfolio and thus align and collaborate closely with portfolio management, other product owners and teams.

Your experience and skills:
- Product Ownership and/or Product Management in a cross-functional team is something you have been doing professionally for at least a couple of years. You have developed strategies and tools for setting up backlog prioritization, backlog decomposition and refinement, release planning and management.- You enjoy working with a wide variety of departments and disciplines and are able to win them over to your vision, while presenting complex topics to them in a way that is easy to understand.- Software development concepts are not unfamiliar to you and you have a general understanding of the technical landscape in an e-commerce type of environment.- You are driven by an unwavering passion for advancing health digitalization and possess a deep understanding of the particulars of the German healthcare system. Your familiarity with digital prescriptions, TI, and Gematik would be a valuable asset that sets you apart.- You are proactive, entrepreneurial, creative and you like to develop a vision for the part of the product you own. You do not wait for change, you drive it. You are not afraid to experiment new ideas and embrace uncertainty. You know that a well-written Product Backlog does not guarantee a product's success.- You must bring a solid background in Product Discovery with you
- _._ You have the know-how on discovering innovative product solutions that deliver the necessary value, are usable by the target audience and can be delivered with the available resources in the required timeframe.- Communication is your strength: you get energized by exchanging ideas with other people; you initiate conversations with your stakeholders and you want to contribute to our Product Owners community.- You have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing in challenging and complex environments, demonstrating your ability to thrive and excel even when faced with intricate challenges. You enjoy working with a wide variety of departments and disciplines and are able to win them over to your vision, while presenting complex topics to them in a way that is easy to understand.
