**Your tasks**:
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary SCRUM team to ensure successful product development.
- Define requirements and create user stories to support the development process. Communicate and refine requirements with developers, designers, and data scientists.
- Align with other Product Owners and stakeholders to determine priorities and maintain the roadmap for product development.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of product development efforts. Identify potential team blockers and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of the product.
- Leverage product analytics and user research to identify opportunities for new feature development or optimization of existing features.
- Define and closely monitor key product metrics to ensure the product meets business objectives.
- Conduct manual QA on app features to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Ensure the product meets all regulatory requirements to achieve compliance and avoid legal implications.
- Manage the release process to ensure smooth development of new product features and updates.
**Your profile**:
**Experience**
- A successfully completed university degree in a related field (e.g. business informatics, computer science or similar) or comparable training.
- 1+ years hands on experience working as a Product Owner in a startup environment or similar environment.
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability, German a plus.
- Hands on experience developing software products / apps a plus.
- Knowledge of developing healthcare related software a plus.

Half of us will develop cancer in our lifetime. As current or eventual patients, our mental and physical health plays a crucial role in our immune system’s ability to defeat disease and utilize the latest immunotherapies to their fullest extent. Mika has developed evidence-based neurobehavioral techniques that are digitally delivered to patients on their smartphone.
