Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwickeln, Dokumentieren und Visualisieren von Kennzahlen und Verbesserungen im Facilitymanagement
- Analyse und Optimieren von FM Prozessen und Überwachen der Einhaltung
- Organisieren einer Auditkonformen Dokumentation
- Unterstützen der Digitalisierung von FM-Prozessen, Überprüfen der Qualität und Ableiten von Verbesserungen
- Entwickeln eines transparenten Projektmanagement-Prozess im Team, Erstellen eines Reporting zu den FM-Projekten und Unterstützen bei der Projektplanung und im Genehmigungsprozess
- Unterstützen bei der Budgetplanung und -überwachung für die Abteilung und bei Projekten
- Erstellt Informationen für die abteilungsinterne und externe Kommunikation (Online und Printed in Klüber Medien)
- Weiterentwickeln von geeigneten Maßnahmen zum Umwelt
- und Arbeitsschutz und deren Umsetzung
- Selbstständige Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Facility Management und Maintenance

Ihr Profil
- Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (z.B. Betriebswirt)
- Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft 365, SAP)
- Fundierte Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strategisch orientierte, konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und Organisieren; Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
