**Your mission**:
As our Project Delivery & Communications Intern / Working Student, you occupy a diverse role in supporting the operational activities of delivering projects and conducting project communication activities. One of the core Squalify tasks is project delivery, which is a task that also serves as a major source for internal communication activities. By doing this, you will not only be supporting project scaling and align communications throughout the organization, but also participating in building an outstanding product for our partners.
- Deliver projects. Coordinate end-client meetings, support the project delivery process as well as the (final) project report creation. Enhance project conduction by providing valuable feedback and insights from project delivery
- Enable our partners. Create and provide multi-media material to enable partners to deliver projects fast and efficiently, and support the creation of training material and workshop set-ups with partners
- Advance the knowledge management platform. Communicate with clients, partners and the team to build the knowledge management platform, which pulls all project delivery and stakeholder communication strings together
- Provide inter-team communication. Support by answering questions from the team on the project delivery process as well as participate in creating new communication material where necessary, e.g. for sales activities
- Support online communications. Use your communication skills to support the social media and website communications on cyber-specific topics

**Qualifications**:

- You are an enrolled student in the field of Communications, Business Administration or equivalent. Tech-orientated courses and specializations are of advantage
- Prior experience, through internships or work experience, in (cyber/tech) consulting or (SaaS) communication, is an advantage, but no must
- You bring along organizational skills as well as have high attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are needed to write documentations, protocols and communicate with stakeholders
- Able to proactively solve problems, make decisions and show initiative. Also, you are flexible and enjoy working in a startup-like environment
- You have excellent written and spoken English communication abilities. German is a plus to communicate with our German client base
