Founded in 2016 and based in Munich, Planerio offers a modern operating system with intelligent duty scheduling, time tracking, payroll accounting, employee self-service, etc. for human resources management in the healthcare industry and other sectors. With AI-based software, a smartphone app and technological advances, we digitise and automate all processes related to personnel deployment, thereby contributing to increased motivation and satisfaction among our customers' workforces. Around 80 employees work as part of the doctari group in our modern office at Theresienwiese. **Deine neue Rolle**:
- You’re the change agent for engineering practices, culture, and processes within your team.
- Write production code and take on sprint tasks yourself. You lead by example and stay close to the problem.
- Drive the shift‑planning domain to the next level, delivering reliable, scalable services that power thousands of rosters every day.
- Refine our architecture and ensure code quality through pair programming, reviews and automated tests.
- Partner with the Product Owner to plan, design and ship valuable increments on time.
- Keep feedback loops short by releasing to production multiple times per week.
- Empower, inspire, and be a role model for your fellow technical colleagues.
- Refine our architecture, drive topics and share knowledge across the organisation.
**Deine Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit**:
- You have a proven track record in leading and improving engineering teams.
- Strong communicator who prefers face‑to‑face collaboration and empowers others.
- You’re giving and open to receiving fair, open, and direct feedback in all directions.
- Highly proficient in TypeScript and NodeJS, with familiarity in frameworks like NestJS.
- You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
**Nice to have**
- Relevant experience with more of our techstack (Kafka, AWS, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
- Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software.
- Experience with other relevant technologies (like React and PHP).
- German language skills.
