**YOUR ROLE**
As Team Lead Engineering (m/w/d) at remberg, you will balance hands-on development with team leadership. You’ll drive technical excellence, guide your team in building scalable, customer-focused solutions, and foster a high-performing, empowered engineering culture.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Nurture a high-performing team through coaching, 1-on-1s, and career development support.
- Foster a strong engineering culture, promoting ownership, autonomy, and best practices.
- Lead hiring for your squad, making final recruitment decisions.
- Drive technical development, shaping architectural decisions, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Ensure top-notch code quality through hands-on development, reviews, and thorough testing.
- Lead by example, solving complex problems and driving high-impact results.
- Embrace cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Showcase team milestones and product updates to engage and energize cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps, integrating technical insights.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer with technologies like JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript, NestJS, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Proactive and data-driven problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Skilled in coaching and providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Excellent communication skills in English to convey ideas clearly.
