As our operations grow in complexity, so does the need for efficient, scalable, and user-friendly processes.

To help us meet this challenge, we are looking for a Working Student to join our team and support us in driving process excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes in a dynamic global HR environment.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Global Mobility team and support in identifying, optimizing, and standardizing internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in analysing and mapping existing HR Global Mobility processes
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or improvement
  • Supporting the design and documentation of new or improved processes and templates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to align process improvements
  • Creating process documentation, guides, and training materials for our internal Global Mobility Tool and our Global Mobility Policies
  • Additionally, you would assist us in daily tasks e.g. oversee inboxes, case management and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • You have an analytical mindset and a strong interest in HR operations and process optimization
  • You are proactive and enjoy working in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English written and spoken, knowledge in German is a plus
  • You know Office365 - PowerPoint, Word, Teams and good Excel skills, including working with pivot tables, index match and advanced formulas
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, as our internal tool interfaces use HTML-based templates
