In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
**Your profile**:
- Min 3 years working experience in Automotive Engineering Area (Advantage for Axle Parts Design Engineering or Axle Assembly Production Engineering).
- Have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent in English and German language (Advantage for Korean Language).
- Proficient with Catia, MS Office Tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- Team player with very good communication skills and collaborate with diverse teams.
- High passion for self-development.
- Driven by self-initiative and always willing to find solutions on diverse topics.
**Your tasks**:
In other to support our team to produce the Axle for the Mercedes Benz A-Class, B-Class vehicle, need to analyse the customer’s requirement that is related with Engineering area. Especially, MOBIS will assemble the FRT/RR Axle so need to analyse the specification, drawing, 3D model and Engineering Change, your tasks will be:
- Receive EC (Engineering Change) from customer and analyse it in detail.
- Check the effect at MOBIS Axle Assembly Line - Tool, Skid, Cycle Time.
- Suggest the Engineering Change if there is an issue with Axle assembly line.
- Support to set up the assembly equipment (Tool, Skid, Station).
- Support to set up the test equipment (Wheel Alignment, Cavity Wax, Disc Run Out).
- Regular discussion with Customer (Mercedes RD) about technical issue.
- Manage the internal EC process with EPI system.
- Analyse the specification and adopt it in the Axle Assembly Process.
- Follow up the test (Wheel Alignment, Cavity Wax, Disc Run Out) result and if there is an issue, proceed activity to resolve it.
- Prepare the “Change Management” topic for the VDA 6.3
