**About the position**

As our Marketing Lead for Violife Professional you lead a highly collaborative and tight-knit marketing team of 3 Brand Managers. The team is based in Hamburg, but your responsibilities span the DACHIT region. You work closely with the head of Violife Professional and the Sales Lead on building the team, process improvements and strategy.

Your main objectives for this role will be:

- **Managing the VPro Marketing Team** challenge the status quo within the team and search for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing activities and cooperation
- **Lead strategic and operational management **of the assigned Professional brand and product portfolio. Develop and implement a wholistic B2B, Customer and Operator (B2B2B) activation strategies to fuel further growth via digital and analogue touchpoints
- **Lead the conception, coordination and execution of marketing activities** (incl. campaigns, activation concepts, operator promotion and activation, point of sales appearance...) in accordance with Upfield Brand guidelines
- **Lead the product launch process** of all VPro innovations and renovation from planning to execution including all trade marketing materials and Sales activation
- **Lead the strategic and commercial local pricing and pricing guidelines**:

- **Management of external partners** (e.g. agencies) regarding cooperation (outsourcing), concept, material development and activation strategies (online & offline)
- **Represent the local team in international meetings** and present and align on German learnings and successes within the global VPro community

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You are an experienced Marketeer with strong leadership and people management skills. You have around 10 years of experience and knowledge in marketing, strategic planning and customer development (ideally in FMCG business).

You are passionate about leading a team and can drive strategy while at the same time be hands on and show the team best practices when it comes to digital and traditional media. In other words, you are someone the team can learn from.

You describe yourself as a passionate and determined person with a hands-on mentality. You show a lot of resilience, initiative, commercial thinking and you enjoy agile working in a fast-paced environment.

We operate in a global environment so fluency in both German and English is required.
