Then join plancraft as our new **Team Lead Performance Marketing (f/m/d)** In this full-time role, you’ll lead a team of expert performance marketers, set the strategic direction, and bring in fresh ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing and fellow Team Leads to drive growth, own performance, and create real impact—not just on paper, but in the business itself. YOUR ROLE - Build and lead a team of performance marketing experts - from hiring and onboarding to continuous feedback and helping them grow in their roles - Own our paid marketing efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok & Co. - always focusing on high quality MQL generation and profitable ROAS growth - Strategically oversee performance marketing initiatives using insights from tools like Looker Studio and HubSpot to guide planning and optimization - Align closely with Sales, Product, and other Marketing Team Leads to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth lead journey - Drive performance by managing KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS with full responsibility for reporting and budget **YOUR PROFILE**: **Are you a Match?** **Must-haves**: - 5+ years of performance marketing experience (i.e. SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic) preferably within a fast-paced environment - Proven track record in MQL generation and demand generation strategies as well as budgeting, forecasting, and campaign optimization - Strong data analysis skills, unmatched KPI understanding and AI proficiency to leverage workflows efficiently - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, push and enable team members, align stakeholders and scale output - Strategic thinking with a highly committed, problem-solving mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile - C1 Level in German and English **Nice-to-have**: - Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Smartly, Make) - Familiarity with BI-tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Big Query) - Knowledge of managing performance marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions, especially in diverse markets. - Experience working cross-functionally with branding and creative teams **WHY PLANCRAFT?**: **Join us not just for a job, but for a mission** - Our Team: We are a team of passionate, committed individuals who are determined to realize our vision. - Influence: Take direct responsibility and have a say in a flat-hierarchy company. - Dynamics: Experience the agility of a startup in its early days, learn continuously, and build tomorrow’s craftsman software today. - Growth: We place great value on a strong feedback culture and on supporting you in the best possible way through a learning budget and targeted enablement. - Tech equipment: You get a MacBook, top over-ear headphones, an individual ChatGPT+ license and everything else you need for your daily doing. - Location: Our central office is located in the Hamburg city center near Rödingsmarkt incl. large community areas and a rooftop terrace. - Holidays: Your well-being is important to us.
