- Develop test strategies for validation
- Creation / review of test specifications
- Definition of requirements for
- Validation boards
- Validation automation software framework
- Validation related requirements on firmware
- Planning of measurement setups incl. investment planning
- Review of validation board schematics and layouts
- Review of measurement results
- Alignment with Design and Software teams
- Support of project planning process
**Your Profile**:
- Master degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge on integrated circuits, preferably RFCMOS
- Evidence of leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to understand and explain complex systems
- Measurement Know-How (theoretical basis and practical experience)
- Ability to think on an abstract level (e.g. if not all details are known/available)
- Analytical thinking and problem solving techniques
- Programming knowledge:
- Embedded software development
- Measurement automation
- Preferably first project management experience
- Preferably first experience in mmW / RF / Signal integrity measurements
- Preferably first system knowledge for radar frontends or transceivers
- Initial insights in processor architectures, interfaces, functional safety, security
