Head of Manufacturing (m/w/d)

in unbefristeter Festanstellung.

Diese verantwortungsvolle Position beinhaltet einen abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsbereich, bei dem Sie ein kleines Produktionsteam weiter aufbauen. Sie verantworten die Bereiche Technik, HSE und Herstellung.

Aufgaben
- Gewährleistung der Herstellung nach AMWHV, AMG und GMP-Grundsätzen
- Als Herstellungsleitung sind Sie für die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams verantwortlich
- Sicherstellung des Schulungsstandes der Mitarbeiter
- Bearbeitung des CAPA-Managements
- Kontinuierliche Prüfung und Genehmigung erforderlicher SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Sicherstellung der Produktion in Bezug auf Maschinenauslastung sowie Qualifizierung der Räumlichkeiten
- Sie initiieren die Optimierung der Herstellungsprozesse
- Organisation des Abweichungsmanagements im Herstellungsbereich
- Erstellung der Produktionsplanung
- und steuerung
- Verantwortung über Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutzprozesse
- Mitwirkung bei Kunden-Audits, internen Audits und Behördeninspektionen

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder pharmazeutisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Arzneimittelherstellung
- Gute Kenntnisse in den nationalen und internationalen Arzneimittelgesetzen
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Motivationsfähigkeit zusammen mit Gestaltungs
- und Veränderungswillen
- Kommunikationsstärke, gutes Organisations
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute EDV- und SAP-Kenntnisse
