Technical Lead

**Your tasks**:
- Responsible for the technical lead of test engineers of upcoming new Radar Products
- Early involvement in new product developments and Innovations
- Responsibility for guiding test program development on Advantest 93K/EXA scale platform
- Support the implementation of DfX into new products in close cooperation with Test & DfT Architects, Product Development and Product Engineering
- Based on the overall test strategy, develop test-concepts, test-programs and test-hardware for wafer
- and final-test, according to the industrial requirements specification
- Be responsible for reaching of test engineering related milestones
- Be involved in development of production and characterization hardware for automatic test equipment with high test coverage (wafer and final test)
- Be responsible for introduction and release of the mass-production related soft
- and hardware
**Education and Requirements**:
- Master or comparable Degree in Electrical Engineering / Communications Engineering
- Analytical, Strong Planning, Organizing and Team leading Skills
- Experience with leading technical teams (7+ engineers).
- Experience with risk management.
- Experience with RF MMW is preferable.
- Experience with requirement definition and management
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience on Advantest PS1600 / EXA scale Digital, Analog and RF
- Preferable Knowledge in SmarTest Software versions 7 and 8
- Creativity / Innovative Ability / Team player
- Fluent in German and English
- Deep knowledge and experience in C/C++, Java, MS Office, Windows, Linux
