We are looking for you as soon as possible in our German Headquarter Neu-Ulm as:
**Head of Aesthetic Division / Business Unit (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute a growth strategy for the aesthetic (devices portfolio), aligned with global/regional corporate goals.
- Identify and penetrate high-potential markets and segments and new product categories within medical aesthetics.
- Drive product lifecycle and portfolio strategies including new product launches, enhancements, and end-of-life transitions.

Commercial Management
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue, market share, and brand equity.
- Drive pricing strategies, channel development, and customer acquisition models.
- Establish partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinics, and distribution partners.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure cross-functional coordination across regulatory, clinical affairs, quality, and supply chain.
- Monitor competitive activity and ensure rapid, strategic responses to market shifts.
- Maintain compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, CE, MDR, etc.) and company SOPs.

Financial Oversight
- Full ownership of business unit financials including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.
- Manage capital allocation, operating costs, and ROI for all initiatives.

Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team including sales and product managers
- Foster a results-oriented and compliant culture focused on excellence, innovation, and customer value.

**What Sets you apart**
- Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the **medical device industry**, with at least 5 years in **aesthetic, dermatological, or energy-based device markets**:

- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, customer needs (physicians, aestheticians, patients), and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated success in launching new technologies and driving commercial scale-up
- Strong knowledge of regulatory pathways (FDA 510(k), CE Mark, MDR) and clinical evidence generation
- Experience working with physician networks, clinics, and/or distributors in the aesthetic industry
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English
