Summary For the “HENSOLDT Academy” division, we are looking for a “Head of HENSOLDT Academy (f/m/d)” at the Ulm or Taufkirchen location as soon as possible. Are you ready to reshape the future of learning? As a visionary in the field of Learning & Development, you will work with your training & development team to lead the design, implementation and management of comprehensive and effective learning opportunities that are embedded in a future-oriented IT infrastructure and effective processes to optimally promote the continuous development of HENSOLDT employees. Your Tasks- - Skills management: Design, implementation and control of sustainable skills management embedded in strategic HR planning and talent development architecture for systematic reskilling and upskilling- Technology: Design, implementation and further development of the global Learning Eco System with LXP functionality (technological and procedural), identification of market trends and technology innovations as well as suitable testing/integration into the existing IT infrastructure (SAP SuccessFactors)- Learning design: Design, implementation and management of learning academies for HENSOLDT's main target groups that promote continuous growth and skills development derived from business objectives and are seamlessly embedded in HENSOLDT's overall portfolio- Learning analytics: building, implementing and managing a forward-looking set of reports & analytics on learning products, programs and services to continuously evolve them for maximum business fit- Stakeholder management: consulting, close collaboration and empowerment of various internal stakeholders for optimal collaboration and successful implementation of learning solutions- Leadership: Management of a cross-location team of Learning & Development specialists and their continuous development into an excellent, highly consultative Center of Expertise Your Profile- Completed studies with a focus on human resources, psychology, social sciences or similar- Several years of management experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing company- - Analytical skills to produce meaningful reports and analysis as part of global governance- Strong personality with an entrepreneurial and service-oriented mindset that knows how to navigate through ambiguity in a dynamic organizational environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
