Über den Bereich
Für den Bereich Production Management suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Head of Production Managemenr (w/m/d9" .Der Bereich Production Management ist verantwortlich für die Herstellkostenkalkulation, Primärbedarfsplanung, Kaufteildisposition, Ressourcen Planung und das Berichtswesen für das Produktionswerk Ulm inkl. des neu entstehenden Serienstandort ULM2.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereichs Production Management und der dazugehörigen Abteilungen
- Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsplanung und Auftragsabwicklung in Richtung End to End Supply Chain Management, sowie die Erstellung und Umsetzung der zugehörigen Schulungskonzepte
- Weiterentwicklung und Erhebung der zentralen Produktionskennzahlen
- Verantwortlich für die Arbeitsplanung und Herstellkostenkalkulation für das Produktionswerk Hensoldt Ulm
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines durchgängigen S&OP Prozesses auf Basis der bestehenden Methoden
- Interne Auftragsannahme, sowie Simulationen der Machbarkeit
- Weiterentwicklung der Dispositionsstrategie für Kaufteile
- Erstellung der Workloadplanung für das Hensoldt Produktionswerk Ulm
- Durchführung von produktionsinterne Projektreviews
- Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Hensoldt Produktionsprozesses
Ihr Profil
- Dipl.-Ing. (Uni/FH) Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Führungs-, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit, Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Geschäftssystems
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Planung and Steuerung
- Erfahrungen in Logistikprozessen / Bereitstellungskonzepten für die Montage komplexer Systeme
- Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit für gute Innen- and Außenwirkung
- Hohe Sozial- and Methodenkompetenz (z.B. Lean Production, Wertstromanalyse, Linien- und Fließfertigung, Kaizen, 5S, Visuelles Management, TQM,.. )
- Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Urteilsvermögen and starke Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
