**Job Description**:
Sportradar, a leading digital international sports business is currently looking to recruit an **experienced commercial/sales leader **to grow our Central and Southern American digital advertising sales team**.**

Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. Over the course of the last years Sportradar significantly expanded its range of products & services by establishing Sportradar ad:s, a business division focused on data-driven marketing services designed for betting operators. This new business division is looking forward to bringing our marketing capabilities, products and services to the global growing markets.

This role will be part of the initial core team establishing and focusing on digital advertising for Central and Southern America. This role will be responsible for **selling marketing solutions to our existing network of sports betting operators** as well as other businesses interested in digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for building up and using your network with advertising partners, primarily sports betting and casino operators.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- This role will be responsible for driving sales activity across Sportradar's digital advertising tech stack, particularly around our Ad Tech Platform (Sportradar Marketing Cloud) which includes all Programmatic Channels as well as Paid Social services
- Own and drive the sales process for 7-figure deals for key customers
- Oversee, maintain and grow senior relationships with key client’s marketing leadership teams
- Support and consult product teams to optimize the products from a sales perspective and shape the go-to-market narrative
- Define, test and optimize business and prizing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners and profitability contribution for Sportradar
- Be part of Sportradar’s core global ad:s team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape the company’s global advertising strategy
- Actively engage in the sports betting advertising ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain a deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders
- Communicate the ad:s strategy to external and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis and support and consult product teams to optimize the products from a sales perspective
- Represent the division and company externally at events and meetings
- Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings

**Qualifications**:

- A strong proven experience in delivering digital marketing solutions within the sports betting industry or having worked within a marketing department of a major sportsbook is highly beneficial
- Strong background in sales and marketing, with demonstrated success in establishing new businesses and building long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of ad-facing business models
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system
- A broad international network of advertising partners, especially from the sports betting industry would be a great plus
- Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Passionate about sports
