**Business Development & Sales Assistant (m/w/d)**:
**YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY**:
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Assistant (m/w/d) for a fixed term contract of 2 years.
You will assist BA Global Power Head of Business Development & Sales to ensure that all actions and agreements undertaken will provide the best offer possible to our clients, considering the best benefit to the company.
- Screening of Business Development opportunities, market screening, and identification of projects by using internet platforms as well as the preselection of tenders
- Development of standard sales documents
- Process of Administrative forms throughout the Business Development & Sales Process
- Creation of marketing presentations and sales reports (marketing and business line reports, as well as status, reports for pre-qualifications, offers, and order income)
- Registrations with potential clients, financing institutes, and other institutions

**Required Skills**:
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing & Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of previous experience in customer-centric BD, Sales, and Marketing roles (technical B2B environment would be a plus)
- Fluency in German and English is required - Knowledge of French, Spanish, and any other languages is an asset
- Strong analytical skills in business development, sales, and marketing: you recognize business-related trends and their interpretation, especially understanding B2B buying patterns and trends
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool
- Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus
