Your scope of responsibility
- Strategy: Refine and execute our strategic communication plan to enhance our brand and engage our community.
- Leadership: Lead and develop the team, conduct feedback, set objectives and align/report to management team.
- Community: Build and nurture a vibrant community of coachees, coaches, company representatives and academia.
- Content: Lead your team to craft compelling content for various channels aligned to our brand voice.
- PR: Cultivate media relationships and seek opportunities for coverage.

Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior communication role incl. leadership experience, editorial experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital communications and relevant channels and content pieces.
- Excellent in English (written & spoken, at least C2 level), fluent in German is a plus.
