**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Team Leader you develop and implement the patent strategy in cooperation with the team.
- In the company is also one of your tasks the strategic, tactical and operational development as well as optimization of the entire IP management.
- Leadership of the IP team with the aim of a continuous and careful and smooth process belongs also to your area of responsibilities.
- In addition you implement innovation workshops to identify patents and to inform employees for to sensitize innovations.
- At last but not least you establish of a high-quality, structured inventor support as well as a smooth innovation process.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of IP management
- Doctorate as physicist, mathematician, electrical engineer, optoelectronics technician or similar
- negotiable language skills in German and English as well as MS Office skills
- first management experience with hands-on mentality and pragmatism
- trustworthy, reliable, honest and loyal
- precise, structured, transparent and goal-oriented thinking
