For our German site in** Frankfurt** **we are looking for a

**Patent Administrator (**M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Interacting with national and inter-governmental intellectual property organizations, with internal and outside IP attorneys and agents to ensure the timely receipt of patent office communications and timely filing of appropriate responses
- Docketing and entering patent data into relevant databases
- Managing attorney dockets and maintaining the docketing databases
- Preparing non-complex legal documents such as powers of attorney, patent transfer deeds and the like

**Qualifications**
- Completed apprenticeship as a patent paralegal, industrial or administrative clerk or comparable education
- At least 3 years of experience in IP Administration
- Qualification as patent paralegal is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Acquaintance with patent rules and procedures
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to engender trust, respect and confidence
