**Aktuell suchen wir für unser spannendes Projekt eine(n) IT Support Experts (m/w/d) remote/ Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Düsseldorf oder Hamburg**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
**#Unterstützen der IT-Anwender im Hardware
- und Softwareumfeld im Behördenumfeld**
**#Priorisieren, Klassifizieren und ggf. Eskalieren von Störungsmeldungen**
**#Klassifizieren, Terminieren und Erledigen von Standard-Anforderungen im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports**
**#Weiterleiten von Tickets an die nachgelagerten Einheiten (2nd-Level-Support)**
**#Dokumentieren im Ticket-System und der Wissensdatenbank**

**Ihr Profil**:
**#Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse**

**#Berufserfahrung innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre**

**#Erste Erfahrung mit einem Ticket-System wünschenswert**

**#Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung**

Gehalt: 3.000,00€ pro Monat
