Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken Writes and speaks fluent English It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus Key Responsibilities Analyze documentation needs, evaluate effectiveness of current documentation and provide proactive recommendations to ensure a high performance culture. Document and build a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs) around payroll compliance, audit framework and payroll risk management. Work on payroll compliance monitoring trackers and prepare data-driven periodic reports Become an expert in the payroll documentation, audit and risk framework at Remote. Support the wider team with projects and incidents to transform and improve compliance and processes. The base salary range may be subject to change.
