And to continue telling this success story, we are looking for a Country Lead to help us bring a mute-labs phone box to every office in Europe.

Tasks

**This is the role**:
You are leading one of our inbound sales teams.

As Country Lead Sales, I make sure that

1) mute-labs becomes the leading phone booth provider in my region, measured by revenue generated. This means I need to make sure that,
- marketing & all external communications are optimized to my region’s needs
- we have sufficient showrooms & demo opportunities to maximize sales conversion
- we have a high-performing sales org with high conversion rates across every stage of the funnel
- we do an outstanding delivery, assembly and customer success job to maximize customer happiness AND revenue generated by returning customers
- we collect customer feedback and have a close ear to the market to always know what we can improve

Additional, I make sure that

2) we reach the revenue growth targets in my region.

3) we have the right team in place to ensure a high customer satisfaction and revenue growth, while maximizing profitability

4) my team has everything they need to achieve their ambitious sales targets (clear processes, transparency on targets as well as KPIs, feedback, coaching, mentorship, and motivation, etc.)

- You have a strong commercial mindset and understand the workings of an organisation
- You’re a strong operator - you love getting things done
- You know how to excite and convince people to buy into your vision
- You’re a strong team player and communications talent
- You have valuable experience in Sales and/or Account Management
- You have experience in leading and managing teams.
