**Will you be the one to drive this evolution?**
- You are Accountable for Procurement Analytics for the global Procurement Community, reaching more than 1000 users
- You lead the Procurement Data & Intelligence Team and closely collaborate with our partners in IT
- As lighthouse lead, you shape our approach towards analytics in PRO based on a multi-year comprehensive agenda, identifying and addressing roadblocks and key success factors
- As developments in the analytics space are rapidly changing, you stay at the pulse by effectively conducting internal and external research to create thought leadership
- You craft and exercise governance principles for Data & Intelligence, balancing speed, flexibility and stability
- Analytics is not only about technology and data. You will be responsible to lead the change management activities to embed new concepts and approach to Data & Intelligence in the PRO community and foster data literacy across our teams

**Your profile**
- Master or equivalent degree in economics, science, engineering or IT
- Several years experience in Finance, Procurement or Procurement adjacent area or IT within an international/global scope
- Passionate about digitalization and technology
- Proven leadership capabilities as well as managerial experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills across different levels of organizations and cultures
- Demonstrated analytical decision making skills and creative thought process ability
- Proven capabilities for vision generation & strategy implementation
- Continuous improvement mentality and ability to drive and embed change
