**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordination of the group resources and expertise for feasibility studies, concepts, planning and execution of utilities solutions, focusing on
energy and media supply, sustainable and renewable technologies
- Additional responsibility for civil infrastructure and remediation in Bayer’s CapEx projects.
- Supply of project management as well as development of project plans and calculations
- Maintenance of technological expertise in the respective field of the group
- Maintenance and development of internal and external networks with respect to utilities, civil infrastructure and remediation
- Continuous improvement of efficiency and excellence of project work in the group

**WHO YOU ARE**

- University degree (PhD, Master) and several years of professional work experience as a project area manager/engineering manager (f/d/m)
in investment projects
- Excellent expertise in the field of utilities, energy management, or comparable fields.
- Experience in using customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings
- Very high leadership, management and stakeholder skills
- Ability to attract and develop talent, to meet their career goals as well as current and future business needs
- International and multicultural experience would be a plus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
- Excellent communication skills

We use the possibilities of hybrid working flexibly. In order to experience community and collaboration, we are on site at least 2-3 days per week.
