**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- are responsible for the management of cross-functional, strategic projects of the Executive Board
- ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of project work at Executive Board level
- monitor the project progress, budgets and resources
- proactively plan meetings, workshops and offsite events and prepare their content (e.g. creating the programme, inviting speakers/coaches, compiling workshop materials)
- take care of record keeping and timekeeping during meetings and ensure that deadlines are met afterwards
- create presentations and reports for the Executive Board

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- completed training or a degree in project management/business administration or similar
- experience in complex project management (ideally at management level)
- a positive impact on others with your motivating, inspiring and engaging manner
- appearing determined and confident with your calm demeanour
- counting confidentiality and discretion as well as your independent and organised way of working among your strengths
- very good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools & methods
- fluent in written and spoken German and English
