**Aufgabe**
- Unterstützung der operativen Planung unangekündigter Audits als zentrale Schnittstelle in Abstimmung mit Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Prozessablaufes (termingerechte, fehlerfreie Auditplanung und -anmeldung)
- Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Informationen für das Auditteam zur Auditvorbereitung
- Entwicklungsmöglichkeit zum Auditor*in für unangekündigte Audits (personengebundene Ausbildung bei Erfüllen entsprechender Voraussetzungen)
- Pflege der relevanten Datenbanken und IT-Tools (basierend auf neuesten Microsoft Software Lösungen)
- Ansprechpartner für alle beteiligten operativen Bereiche intern, sowie deren Koordination und Betreuung im Projekt
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu unserer Testabteilung
- Inhaltliche Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des internen und externen Auftritts
- Zuverlässige Bearbeitung des Postein
- und -ausgangs sowie der Ablage

**Qualifikation**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder Technisches Hochschulstudium (mind. B.Sc.), idealerweise Medizintechnik
- Erfahrung in der Medizinprodukteindustrie und ggf. im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 13485 von Medizinprodukten wünschenswert
- Erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit erforderlich
- Lernbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und Planungsstärke
- Lösungsorientierung, auch unter Zeitdruck sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Affinität zu neuen Softwarelösungen (Microsoft) erforderlich
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
