We are looking for a Trainee with experience working with communications & PR to join our in-house Communications Team in Berlin. If you're interested in putting together influencer events, contacting media outlets, and shaping our brand’s tone through various channels alongside a supportive, friendly team - this full-time position is for you.

We’re looking for a profile with demonstrable experience in research, concepting and developing ideas and executing PR strategies. We are looking forward to seeing your portfolio

**Your Responsibilities**
- Managing press relations & influencer co-operations
- Content creation and management for digital channels (press releases, newsletters, blogs, etc.) and campaigns (social media, paid ads, etc.) **in German and English, **aligning with our tone of voice for each channel, format type and audience
- Writing texts for internal and external communication purposes, incl. research and coordination
- Researching social media, audience behaviours and influencer trends
- Assisting with event planning & content production
- Maintaining our press and media database updated and acquiring new contacts
- Assist in new communications reach-out strategies, track efforts and reporting
- Raising brand awareness through an established out-reach plan

**Your Skills and Power**
- You are currently studying or freshly graduated a Bachelor’s degree related to Communications, Media, Journalism, or Marketing.
- You are a talented communicator both orally and in writing
- You have basic knowledge and experience using LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms and a strong understanding of different social media channels
- You are a talented communicator both orally and in writing.
- You have experience in social media, PR, event management, content production, or influencer marketing.
- You are fluent in German and possess confidence in English
- Flexible, creative, self-starter, motivated, go-getter attitude. You set your own limits
