**About the role**:
**Working Student PR, Podcast and Communications (M/F/d)**:
At 7Learnings, we offer an exciting opportunity for a working student who is passionate about eCommerce, AI and is eager to make a difference in the Startup world. As a Working Student in Marketing, you will have a hands-on role in shaping our brand’s messaging, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness.

We are looking for a PR, Podcast and communication student (f/m/d; flexible semi-remote; 20 hours weekly). Join a fast growing startup in Berlin

**Your mission**:
This position offers you an insight into several fast growing industries (eCommerce & AI) in general and into building a B2B brand in particular. As a team member of the marketing team, you will assist our marketing team in the following areas:
**Public Relations (PR)**:

- Craft compelling press releases and media pitches to promote company milestones, products, and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media professionals and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR outcomes.
- Lead our backlink strategy to improve our SEO position.

**Podcast Management**:

- Lead our podcast “Retail Pricing Insights Podcast”.
- Conceptualize and plan podcast episodes aligned with our company goals and industry trends.
- Coordinate with guests, schedule recordings, and oversee the production process.
- Manage podcast distribution across various platforms and track listener engagement.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with our account executives to generate more customer reviews for several platforms, like G2 or Capterra.
- Analyze and respond to feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance communication strategies.

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related degree program.
- You are a Podcasts enthusiast, maybe you even have launched your own podcast or want to do so in the future.
- You have a strong interest in PR and digital media and want to gain more hands-on experience.
- You can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of what’s important.
- You have a growth mindset. You own challenges and projects and are willing to go one step further than expected.
- You have flawless English skills - German is a big plus, too.
