Babbel’s team consists of 750 Babbelonians representing over 65 different nationalities working in Berlin and New York.

We are looking for a PR Trainee (Italian native-level speaker) to join our Berlin team for one year.

As a PR Trainee at Babbel, you will work on all aspects of external communications. The team tells Babbel’s brand and product story via media relations and integrated campaigns, keeping close relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the company.

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or Language Studies.
- Native-level Italian language skills
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages (especially French and/or Spanish) are a plus
- Strong affinity for languages / tech / social trends / culture-related topics
- A natural ability to tell engaging stories with relevant content
- Excellent copywriting skills in Italian and English
- Creative and strategic thinking skills
- Previous work experience in Communications is a plus
- Work experience in the language learning industry is a plus

**You will**:

- Research and develop potential press stories based on Babbel´s expertise and media trends
- Draft, proofread, translate and publish press releases
- Assist in the management of our PR Agencies
- Assist with media inquiries and interview requests
- Maintain clippings, KPIs and OKR reports
- Collaborate with SEO, Social Media, Brand, and other marketing stakeholders to amplify PR campaigns
- Collaborate with our Didactics Team to spread Babbel´s expertise
