Fleet Hess Trainer

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Applies a variety of techniques to evaluate and improve the efficiency of public health training on board incl. recommendations for procedural updates
- Delivers public health training onboard applicable to specific training needs following a train the trainer approach during frequent ship visits

- Evaluates and oversees training competencies of department heads and supervisors.
- Supports with feedback and training to improve training skills and competencies of department heads and supervisors.
- Supports the onboard familiarization of Fleet Sanitation Officers / Public Health Officers new to the company
- Provides familiarization with the public health related topics within the management systems
- Acts as business partner to the shoreside Public Health Department to improve and standardize public health training content.
**Your Profile**:
- Previous experience within the Carnival Corporation in a role related to health & hygiene (FSO, PHO, PH Trainer, Medical or alike)
- Very good understanding of international public health standards, corporate standards and VSP
- Solid teaching skills and an open mindset
- High level of empathy, responsibility and service orientation
- A completed bachelor or master degree is desired
- In case of applicants without an EU passport or the right to freely live and move within the EU, a visa permitting free movement within the European Union is a pre-requisite for the position
