**Job Description Summary**: Für unsere Abteilung European Scientific and Training Support Center der Business Unit „Biosciences“ am Standort Heidelberg suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für ca. 8 Stunden pro Woche.

Dauer: 12 -24 Monate

Dein zukünftiger Verantwortungsbereich umfasst unter anderem
- die Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Kundenkursen
- das Anlegen von Kundenkontakten in der Kundendatenbank
- das Erstellen sowie den Versand von Kundenzertifikaten,
- die eigenständige Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr mit mit Kunden,
- die Vorbereitung von Infomaterial für Trainingskurse und Demos,
- das Kopieren von Trainings-Ordnern,
- den Versand von Mustern, Katalogen und Prospektmaterial, etc
- sowie weitere unterstützende Tätigkeiten.

**Anforderungen**
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student an einer anerkannten Hochschule
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie durch eine kommunikative und positive Persönlichkeit
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme
- Du hast eine positive Grundeinstellung und behältst auch in turbulenten Arbeitsphasen einen kühlen Kopf
- Du verfügst über Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorzuweisen
