Radiology is at the center of interdisciplinary communication and presents patient cases in multimedia reports. Our mission is to specifically support radiologists in their reporting and communication and to make the data available in radiological images usable for this purpose. In this way, especially in the case of complex diseases such as cancer, informed therapeutic decisions can be made and new therapies developed to cure patients or improve their quality of life.

Therefore, university clinics, hospitals, and radiological practices as well as leading contract research organizations (CRO), pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies worldwide work with our software solutions.

**Job Description**:

- Medical, Scientific and Technical Writing
- Lead the authoring process for documentation of radiology software products, including strategizing and managing projects, such as training materials, user guides, technical guides, information summary overviews, presentations, white papers and use cases
- Communicate medical/technical information to targeted audiences (e.g., physicians, radiologists, clinical trialists, clinical study teams)
- Support internal documentation (conduct background product/disease treatment literature reviews; facilitate comment resolution with authors; review and revise manuscripts per editor comments; etc.)
- Produce high-quality and timely documentation
- Assist in the creation of medical and scientific content for promotional and digital communication, as well as medical/scientific congresses and industry meetings
- Support Executive Leadership (create supporting documentation, slide beautification)
- Attend virtual and live meetings and assist with presentation slide decks and discussion guides development and other content as needed
- Create video-type content for user instruction
- Work effectively as part of a dynamic international team made up of various departments of scientific (medical) and technical (software development) stakeholders
- Other related activities as determined by supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Prior work experience as a scientific or medical writer with technical writing abilities
- Oncology and Medical Imaging experience preferred
- Comfortable in interpreting and distilling Response Criteria (e.g., RECIST 1.1) used in oncology clinical trials for varied clinical research audiences (e.g., operational audiences as well as physician/medical audiences)
- Experience in other clinical areas (MSK, Genitourinary, CNS) is a plus
- Ability to understand and distill complex scientific and medical literature
- Fundamental knowledge of data and statistical presentations as utilized in clinical research
- Self-motivated, Diligent, Creative and Curious
- Must be highly detail oriented, analytical, and demonstrate and possess a strong desire to get to the bottom of how things work (or why they don’t).
- A creative problem solver who likes to take an explorative approach to learning new technologies.
- Comfortable with complex workflows; can abstract needs and requirements given a general idea.
- Self-management is essential - the team is globally distributed. Must be self-directed with a proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data analysis.

- Ability to confidently present to external audiences on scientific and medical content

- Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience using Camtasia
- Anticipated Travel: 10%
