We are looking for a **AI & Process Innovation Expert (f/m/d)** to join our **E.ON SE** team as soon as possible.

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI & Process Innovation Senior Expert to join our Strategic Programming & Transformation team. In this role, you will drive AI-powered solutions that enable strategy execution, process excellence, and capability building - operating at the intersection of business strategy, lean methodology, and emerging technology.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify, design, and implement AI use cases to enhance strategy execution, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions in collaboration with IT, data teams, and vendors
- Align AI initiatives with Energy Retail and group-wide digital, data, and sustainability strategies
- Build business cases, track impact, and ensure adoption through structured change management
- Promote responsible AI use, governance, and ethical implementation standards
- Educate and coach teams to strengthen AI literacy across the organization

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or data-driven process improvement
- Solid understanding of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methods
- Experience in cross-functional, international environments; energy sector knowledge is a plus
- Skilled at translating complex AI concepts into clear business language
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
