For our **KWS Berlin Shared Service Center HR in Berlin**, we are looking for a **temporary**Working Student HR (M/F/d)** **with 20 hours/week**. If you are interested in learning new things, working independently and service-oriented and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon.

**Your role**:
As a **Working Student HR**, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting us with administrative tasks primarily for our operations in Germany. Your responsibilities will include creating HR-related documents, digitizing and archiving personnel files, and promptly addressing employee and manager inquiries via our ticket system. Additionally, we value your fresh perspective and encourage you to actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- **You are currently studying**, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
- You have a quick grasp and the ability to work independently and accurately.
- A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths.
- For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together and learning together.
- You are not satisfied with the status quo, and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently.
- **Fluent in German** and very good English language skills complete your profile.
