**Tasks**
- Analysis, restructuring and development of perception of the company's activities
- Control of results and financial results according to reports to plans and budget
- Analysis and restart of financial and management reporting processes
- Development of entrusted functions within their competence
- Improving current business processes (optimize, automate)
- Building an algorithm for interaction between teams
- Work with metrics and analytics, on the basis of which management decisions are made
- Planning the company's needs for resources and their satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar position (IT sector, fintech)
- Excellent skills in building operational processes and business restructuring
- Experience in managing departments (finance, back office, legal)
- Good understanding of the specifics of business management
- Experience in building teams and motivating them
- Ability to negotiate and defend the position of the business
- Ability to find an approach to each team and build effective communication
- Ability to analyze and build the architecture of interaction between departments
- Experience in managing large budgets, building financial and operational reporting
- English - C1,C2, written and spoken
