TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

**Employment period: 24 months**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their technical inquiries and managing any escalations.
- Process and review customer inquiries and orders, ensuring accurate conversion of standards and customer product designations.
- Create, manage, and monitor quotations to facilitate seamless communication with clients.
- Handle end-to-end order and contract processing to guarantee smooth transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments globally, including production planning, warehouse, pricing, and product management.
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines, overseeing processes from quotation creation to delivery, including resolution of any financial discrepancies.
- Utilize SAP / TECHS to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and on-time delivery by fostering proactive communication both externally and internally.
- Support the field sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, playing a role in optimizing operational efficiency.

**What your background should look like**:

- A solid educational background in commerce, coupled with additional qualifications (e.g., logistics, export, languages).
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service, showcasing your ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Fluent English and German, any other language would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking skills, enabling you to optimize Order to Cash processes efficiently.
- Exceptional communication abilities, fostering effective interactions with customers and cross-functional teams.
